CZG S.A. (Mining Supplies Central Office, Joint Stock Company) in Katowice has a long-standing tradition.
At present, we sell ropes for various use. They are produced by the company Polskie Liny Sp. z o.o. (Polish Ropes Ltd.), which is owned by the Central Office. We distribute also accessories such as high quality slings, shackles, hooks, chains etc., which we always have on offer.
Moreover, we trade in metallurgical products.

CZG S.A. (Mining Supplies Central Office, Joint Stock Company) in Katowice is a commercial company whose history is around 60 years long. Its precursor was Coal Industry Supplies Central Office. After it was liquidated, Central Supplies Management with its seat in Warsaw remained in the organizational structure of the Ministry of Mining Industry.
In 1957, Mining and Power Industry Supplies Central Office was established and in 1974 a part of this institution was sectioned off as Mining Supplies Central Office (CZG).
Until 1990, the Central Office had been responsible for all the material and technical supply for the whole mining sector in Poland in terms of both domestic production and imported goods.
At the beginning of 1994, the Company was commercialized and transformed into a single member state-owned company.
In September 1995, Company’s shares was allocated to National Investments Funds.
In December 1999, the National Investment Funds sold the shares to other legal persons.
Currently, business activity of CZG S.A. consists in wholesale trading of materials for mining as well as retail sale.
Company’s authorities are: General Assembly, Supervisory Board and Management Board.
Currently, the position of President of the Management Board is held by Mr. Marek Zięba.
